After successfully selling out all of the units at The Villas of Positano on Hollywood Beach, the developers have launched a sister project, Positano Beach. While still in the preconstruction phases, the luxury project already has reservations for half its 15 units. Each unit averages 3,600 square feet at a price starting at $1.4 million.

Another luxury project, Apogee Beach, offered by The Related Group has contracted 40 of their 48 units. Due to the extremely high demand the price per square foot increased from $400 to $600. They now have their sights set on Hallandale for a future development. Looking to head further South to call home? Developer Gil Dezer is bringing a Porsche Designed Development with 132 units and spanning 57 stories high. Each unit will contain a robotic parking system allowing owners to store multiple cars next to their unit. Ground breaking is set to start in the second or third quarter of 2013 with completion in 2016. Priced at $1,000 square per square foot, the price ranges from $3.9 million to $14.5 million.
