Developers Respond To Demand For Additional Inventory

Cranes are being prepped and construction permits are in high demand as multiple new condo and apartment projects are under way in South Florida. Due to the influx of renters and the inventory becoming depleted, nearly 5,000 apartment units are on deck for South Florida's very near future. The demand from International buyers continues to be a contributing and key factor in the absorption of existing inventory thus creating a necessity for additional units to purchase.
